Job Summary
- The accountant manages financial records, ensures compliance with accounting standards, and provides insights to support business decision-making. With 3-5 years of experience, this role requires advanced expertise in financial reporting and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Budget management: Assist in budget planning and monitor expenditure against forecasts.
- Tax compliance: Ensure timely filing of tax returns and adherence to tax laws.
- Audit support: Coordinate internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation.
- Accounts reconciliation: Review and reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and accounts.
- Financial analysis: Provide insights on cost control, profitability, and cash flow.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
- Professional certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CPA) strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
