General Manager, Operation and Growth

Job Responsibilies
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including driver recruitment, screening, vetting, training and placement
- Set up and improve processes for driver verification, guarantor checks, background checks and documentation
- Handle client complaints, driver replacements and dispute resolution
- Manage budgets, costs and operational efficienc
- Drive sales and business development across individual, corporate, logistics and fleet clients
- Identify new revenue streams and service offerings
- Recruit, coach and manage managers and team leads
- Own revenue, placement, retention and client-satisfaction targets
Job Requirements
- BrowseCareersB.Sc. / HND in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Logistics or a related field (MBA or professional certification is an added advantage)
- 7 – 10 years of work experience, with 3–5 years in a senior management role
- Experience in driver recruitment, transport and logistics, staffing and manpower outsourcing, or a similar service industry is strongly preferred
Salary
N300,000 - N400,000 monthly.
