Job Summary
- We are looking for a skilled,neat and disciplined chef/kitchen Supervisor who can cook very well and supervise the kitchen to run smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook daily menu-Jollof rice,fried rice,soups,stews,pasta, e.t.c to standard taste.
- Ensure food quality,taste portion control and presentation is consistent.
- Ensure kitchen is clean, organized and follows food hygiene & safety standards.
- Supervise all kitchen staff-Cooks, kitchen assistants, cleaners.
Requirements
- HND / B.Sc Degree in any related field of study.
- 2-3 years experience as chef, cook-in-charge, or kitchen Supervisor in an eatery, restaurant, or hotel.
- Must be neat, fast,honest,firm and a good team leader.
- Culinary skills/Certification is an added advantage.
Salary
N120,000 monthly.
