Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Nigerian Chef to prepare delicious Nigerian dishes, maintain food quality, and ensure excellent kitchen hygiene.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of Nigerian meals to high standards.
- Plan menus and ensure proper food portioning.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards.
- Monitor kitchen supplies and minimize food waste.
- Ensure timely preparation and serving of meals.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Nigerian Chef.
- Good knowledge of Nigerian cuisines and cooking techniques.
- Excellent hygiene and kitchen management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and manage time effectively.
Salary
N120,000 - N180,000 monthly.
