Job Description
- The Radiographer will play a crucial role in providing high-quality imaging services and ensuring patient safety through adherence to radiation safety principles.
- The successful candidate will contribute to effective patient diagnosis through meticulous imaging practices.
Responsibilities
- Perform radiographic procedures to generate images for diagnostic purposes.
- Ensure adherence to radiation safety protocols during imaging.
- Maintain and operate imaging equipment effectively.
- Collaborate with healthcare staff to optimize patient care.
- Document and manage patient records accurately.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc./B.Rad.) in Radiography or similar from an accredited university.
- Practical knowledge of conventional X-ray imaging.
- Familiarity with radiation safety principles (ALARA).
- Basic understanding of digital equipment operations.
- Strong attention to detail and patient care.
Salary
N300,000 - N350,000 monthly.
