Business Development Executive

Role Summary
- We are seeking a Business Development Executive to identify and develop business opportunities across the group’s various businesses.
- The ideal candidate should be confident, presentable, articulate, commercially aware, and comfortable engaging clients and representing different business offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the group.
- Engage prospective clients, understand their needs, and present suitable solutions.
- Make initial pitches and presentations to prospective and existing clients.
- Build and maintain strong client and business relationships.
- Follow up on leads, proposals, and client discussions to drive conversions.
- Research markets and identify potential clients and partnership opportunities.
- Represent the group professionally at meetings, events, and other business engagements.
- Maintain an updated pipeline of prospects and provide regular activity reports.
- Work with relevant teams to develop and close business opportunities.
Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience in business development, sales, client relations, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with different types of clients.
- Presentable, articulate, proactive, and commercially minded.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand and effectively communicate different products and services.
- Ability to work independently and meet set targets.
Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 per month.
