Role Summary
- We are seeking a Shop Floor Manager to oversee the daily operations of the shop, ensuring smooth service, proper stock handling, and a positive customer experience.
- The ideal candidate should be organised, proactive, customer-focused, and able to take ownership of day-to-day shop activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the shop floor and ensure the shop is ready for business each morning.
- Attend to customer enquiries, calls, and follow-ups professionally.
- Receive and coordinate incoming stock and ensure proper handling.
- Coordinate customer orders and dispatch through courier services.
- Monitor stock movement and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure the shop floor remains organised and operates efficiently.
- Resolve or escalate customer and operational issues when necessary.
- Take overall responsibility for the smooth running of the shop floor.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail, store operations, customer service, or a related role.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Good organisational and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and accountability.
- Proficiency in basic computer operations and record-keeping
Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
