Field Sales Supervisor

Job Summary
- We are looking for an experienced and driven Field Sales Supervisor to lead and supervise our field sales team in Abuja.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales targets, managing field representatives, and ensuring effective coverage and customer engagement across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and motivate field sales representatives to achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Assign daily routes and monitor team performance in the field
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and grow customer base
- Identify new business opportunities and key accounts within Abuja
- Conduct regular field visits to assess performance and support team members
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Ensure proper product display, pricing, and brand visibility at sales points
- Manage customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, expenses, and stock movement
Requirements
- OND / HND / B.Sc in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in field sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of the Abuja market and sales territory management
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Must be physically fit and ready for active field work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting
Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 monthly.
