Logistics Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily logistics, transportation, delivery, and distribution operations.
- Plan and coordinate the movement of goods to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
- Manage drivers and monitor vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and operational costs.
- Track shipments and ensure proper documentation of all deliveries.
- Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce logistics costs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and relevant regulations.
- Prepare regular operational reports for management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain management.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics management systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of fleet management, route planning, and inventory control.
