Job Summary
- Responsible for overseeing and managing the nursing team, ensuring high standards of patient care, and providing continuous training, education, and professional development to nurses.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, coordinate, and manage the nursing team.
- Develop and deliver training programmes to enhance nurses’ clinical knowledge and skills.
- Monitor staff performance and ensure compliance with clinical standards and healthcare regulations.
- Ensure quality patient care, patient safety, and adherence to nursing protocols.
- Identify training needs, mentor nurses, and promote continuous professional development.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to improve service delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- Valid NMCN registration and practising licence.
- Minimum of 7 years’ nursing experience, including team leadership or management.
- Strong clinical, training, communication, and leadership skills.
