Social Media Manager
Location: Oluyole, Ibadan - Oyo
About the role
- Manage ChoiceMart NG's social media presence, build customer trust, and turn audience interest into qualified enquiries.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain a content calendar for the company's social media pages.
- Coordinate production with the designer, Copywriter & Creative Strategist, and video team.
- Schedule and publish approved posts, videos, stories, and promotions.
- Respond to comments and messages, passing purchase enquiries to the sales team.
- Escalate complaints and follow up with the responsible department.
- Keep profile details, product information, and promotional content accurate.
- Monitor audience feedback and identify useful content opportunities.
- Report on reach, engagement, enquiries, response times, and attributable sales where tracking is available
What success looks like
- Publishing consistency, response speed, meaningful engagement, qualified enquiries, and customer experience.
What you'll bring
- Experience managing business social media accounts.
- Strong writing, organisation, and customer communication skills.
- Familiarity with publishing tools and platform analytics.
- Evidence of previous account management or content results.
