Description
- We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven Digital Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of our Digital Desk and ensure that people, resources, and workflows translate into consistent and measurable output.
- The ideal candidate will be highly organised, proactive, digitally savvy, and capable of driving accountability and productivity across content and digital teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily activities across content production, editorial, video editing, content repurposing, and social media teams.
- Set clear daily deliverables and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
- Monitor individual and team productivity and promptly address operational bottlenecks.
- Ensure radio, podcast, and video content is effectively repurposed into relevant digital assets.
- Maintain quality standards and efficient workflows across the Digital Desk.
- Track daily output and report performance against agreed targets.
- Drive effective utilisation of people and resources.
- Build a culture of accountability, initiative, teamwork, and strong execution.
How Success Will Be Measured
- Success in this role will be assessed based on consistent daily output, timely delivery, effective resource utilisation, improved team productivity, and overall performance of the Digital Desk.

Salary
N300,000 – N400,000 monthly.
