Job Summary
- We are looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Social Media & Growth Manager to lead the distribution, promotion, and performance of digital content across multiple social media platforms.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media trends, audience behaviour, content distribution, and platform analytics, with the ability to translate insights into measurable audience growth and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily content publishing and distribution across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and X.
- Develop and execute strategies to grow audience, reach, engagement, and overall platform performance.
- Ensure content is actively promoted and strategically distributed, rather than simply published.
- Identify high-performing content and opportunities to repurpose existing radio, podcast, and video content.
- Coordinate social media personnel and ensure consistent daily execution and deliverables.
- Monitor social media analytics and use performance insights to optimise content strategy.
- Identify emerging trends, content formats, and growth opportunities across platforms.
- Set clear performance targets and drive accountability within the team.
How Success Will Be Measured
- Performance will be assessed based on audience growth, reach, engagement, publishing consistency, content distribution effectiveness, and measurable improvements in overall platform performance.

Salary
N400,000 – N500,000 monthly.
