Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve company goals
- Lead and motivate the sales team to enhance performance
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
- Monitor market trends to adjust strategies as needed
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
Requirements
- BSc/HND in a relevant field
- 3-4 years of experience as a Business Developer in a recognized institution
- Proven experience in managing teams
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Salary
N400,000 - N450,000 monthly.
