Customer Relationship Officer
Location: Abuja (FCT)

Key Responsibilities
- Contact clients and business establishments through telephone calls and physical visits.
- Confirm and document the compliance status of assigned establishments.
- Engage establishments that have outstanding compliance obligations and follow up to encourage timely compliance.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with business owners, managers, and other relevant contacts.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, visits, and follow-up activities.
- Meet assigned daily operational targets.
- Prepare and submit routine reports on activities, progress, and outcomes.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification of an HND, BSc, or equivalent from a recognized institution.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet daily targets consistently and work with minimal supervision.
- Good record-keeping, documentation, and reporting skills.
- Confidence in interacting with business owners and management personnel.
- Previous experience in customer service, relationship management, field operations, sales, or compliance is an added advantage.
Work Structure:
- SearchJobsWorking days: Monday to Friday.
- Field support: Company vehicle and driver provided for assigned field mobilization.
- Performance: Daily operational targets must be achieved.
- Reporting: Routine reporting of activities and results is required.
Salary
N100,000 - N250,000 monthly.
