General Manager
Location: Ikeja GRA, Lagos

Summary
- We are seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee daily operations, lead staff, improve business processes, manage client relationships, control costs, and drive business growth.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years’ work experience, with at least 3 years as a General Manager, Operations Manager, or Admin Manager.
- Experience in a top private security company at mid-level management or above is required.
- Experience in team management, process development, client relations, and basic business finance.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Experience in facility management or manpower outsourcing is an added advantage.
Salary
N500,000 - N600,000 monthly (Negotiable).
