Key Responsibilities

• Evelop and implement business growth strategies to increase the bank’s customer base and revenue.Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments.
• Drive deposit mobilization and loan portfolio growth.
• Manage and maintain relationships with corporate and retail clients.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product offerings and service delivery.
• Prepare periodic business development and performance reports.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in business development, preferably in banking or financial services. Strong marketing, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Track record in deposit mobilization and target achievement.

Excellent communication and analytical skills.Knowledge of microfinance banking operations is an added advantage.
