Plant Manager (Pharmaceutical)

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end pharmaceutical manufacturing operations.
Drive the design, construction, equipment selection, and commissioning of new GMP-compliant facilities.
Institutionalize operational excellence and compliance systems.
Prepare the plant for world-class regulatory inspections.
Build a high-performance technical leadership team.
Deliver aggressive cost, yield, and efficiency targets.
Transition new facilities from project phase into stable commercial production
Qualifications
Degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering/Engineering or a related field. Pharmacy. MBA or advanced management qualification is an advantage
Have 10–15+ years in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with at least 8 years in senior plant leadership.
Must be commercially astute, technically grounded pharmaceutical manufacturing leader with deep experience in: (i) Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) – tablets, capsules, coating, (ii) Powder processing, (iii) Liquid dosage forms, (iv) WHO GMP–compliant environments, (v) Full lifecycle plant commissioning
Have managed regulatory inspections (NAFDAC, WHO GMP, or equivalent international bodies).
