Associate Partnerships and Grants Officer
Location: Warri, Delta

Key Responsibilities
Support the identification and tracking of grant and funding opportunities aligned with the foundation’s strategic priorities.
Assist in drafting grant proposals, concept notes, budgets, and donor reports.
Maintain a grants and partnerships database, including timelines, deliverables, and reporting requirements.
Support relationship management with partners, donors, and funding institutions.
Assist in preparing partnership briefs, MOUs, presentations, and pitch materials.
Coordinate internal inputs required for grant submissions and donor reporting.
Support monitoring and compliance with donor requirements and funding agreements.
Assist in organising donor meetings, partnership engagements, and stakeholder events.
Contribute to research on funding trends, donor priorities, and partnership opportunities.
Required Qualifications and Skills
A degree in International Development, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience in grants support, partnerships, fundraising, or development work is an advantage.
Experience within a non-profit or donor-funded organisation is desirable.
Strong research, writing, and documentation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organisational and coordination abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Committed to community development.
Salary
N350,000 - N500,000 per month.
