JOB SUMMARY
A leading luxury retail company is seeking a detail-oriented Internal Control Manager to oversee risk management, ensure operational compliance, and strengthen internal control processes. Retail or luxury goods experience is an advantage.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and monitor internal control frameworks.
Identify risks and recommend corrective actions.
Conduct audits and reviews for compliance.
Monitor inventory, financial transactions, and operations.
Prepare reports on findings and recommendations.
Collaborate with finance and operations teams.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 3 years' experience in Internal Control, Audit, or related role.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
Intermediate Excel and data analysis skills.
Detail-oriented and integrity-driven.
