You will be involved across the recruitment lifecycle and play a key role in building strong, reliable talent pipelines.
Requirements
• 2–4 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR consulting
• Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills
• Good understanding of hiring processes and recruitment best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Experience working in a recruitment agency or talent consulting firm is a plus
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus
