Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cook who can prepare a variety of Nigerian local meals and popular continental dishes.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about food, creative with recipes, and able to maintain high standards of taste, presentation, and kitchen hygiene.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a wide range of local and continental meals.
Ensure all meals are prepared on time and meet quality standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times.
Monitor food stock levels and assist with purchasing ingredients.
Follow food safety and hygiene regulations.
Properly store food items and handle kitchen equipment safely.
Requirements
Proven experience as a cook or chef (home, restaurant, or catering).
Strong knowledge of Nigerian cuisine and popular continental dishes.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Good understanding of food safety practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
Culinary training or certification is an added advantage.
Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
Salary
N150,000 monthly.
