Job Summary
We are recruiting a Site Architect to oversee architectural execution on premium residential developments.
This role demands attention to detail and strong finishing quality control.
Responsibilities
On-site interpretation of drawings
Quality control and finishing supervision
Snagging and de-snagging management
Coordination between design office and contractors
Requirements
Degree in Architecture.
5–7 years site-based architectural experience
Strong finishing and detailing background
Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit.
Salary
N400,000 - N900,000 per month.
