Head Waiter

Job Summary
The Head Waiter will be responsible for supervising waiters, ensuring smooth dining service, and delivering exceptional guest experience.
The role requires strong communication, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of food and beverage service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the activities of waiters and service staff.
Ensure guests are welcomed, seated, and served professionally.
Monitor service delivery to ensure speed, accuracy, and guest satisfaction.
Assist in handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly.
Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and presentation at all times.
Train and mentor waiters on service etiquette and hotel standards.
Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar for order accuracy and timing.
Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations within the restaurant.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Head Waiter or Senior Waiter in a reputable hotel or restaurant.
Strong leadership and customer service skills.
Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Relevant hospitality certification is an added advantage.
