Job Summary
The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee beverages while ensuring excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate must have strong coffeemaking skills, attention to detail, and passion for delivering consistent quality.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve coffee beverages including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and other specialty drinks.
Ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation of all beverages.
Operate coffee machines and equipment properly and safely.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station and equipment.
Recommend beverages to guests and provide excellent customer service.
Monitor stock levels of coffee supplies and report shortages.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
Assist in developing new beverage ideas where required.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Barista in a reputable hotel, café, or restaurant.
Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment handling.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and maintain consistency.
Knowledge of hygiene and food safety practices.
Barista training certification is an added advantage.
