Job Description
The Business Registration Officer is responsible for handling company formation, licensing, and documentation processes for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Process business name and company registrations.
Prepare and submit statutory documents.
Liaise with regulatory bodies on behalf of clients.
Track registration progress and update clients.
Ensure accuracy of documentation and filings.
Requirements
OND / HND / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
Knowledge of corporate registration procedures in Nigeria.
Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
Salary
N100,000 - N200,000 / month.
