Job Summary
- As the Growth & Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for driving brand visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through integrated digital and 360-marketing initiatives aligned with the luxury wellness market.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth-driven marketing strategies across digital and offline channels
- Manage campaigns focused on customer acquisition, retention, and brand positioning
- Analyze marketing performance data to optimize ROI and customer engagement
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in growth marketing or 360-marketing roles
- Strong hands-on experience with digital marketing, analytics, and campaign execution
- Creative, data-driven, and commercially minded.
