Job Summary

As the Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will oversee day-to-day group operations, drive strategic execution, optimize performance across business units, and build strong operational systems to support growth and profitability.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations across departments and ensure strategic execution

Drive operational efficiency, cost control, and performance optimization

Set departmental KPIs and enforce accountability across business units

Strengthen internal controls, compliance frameworks, and reporting systems

Identify operational risks and implement improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 10–15 years’ experience in operations or general management
• Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role (COO, GM, Operations Director, etc.)
• Strong leadership, execution, and financial performance management skills
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams
• Strategic thinker with strong decision-making ability.

Salary

NGN 1,000,000 Monthly.
