General Manager (Hotel Industry)

Job Summary
The ideal candidate will drive profitability, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence while ensuring the seamless running of all departments.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day hotel operations across rooms, F&B, and bar/nightclub.
Lead, train, and motivate departmental heads and staff to achieve performance goals.
Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality systems.
Drive revenue growth and cost control through strategic planning and innovation.
Ensure exceptional guest experiences and maintain high service standards.
Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance.
Manage vendor relationships and operational logistics effectively.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in Hospitality Management or related field.
5–7 years of proven experience in hotel management, preferably in a multi-outlet property.
Strong leadership, team building, and communication skills.
Excellent understanding of hotel operations systems and controls.
Strategic mindset, and results-oriented attitude.
Salary
N300,000 – N400,000 monthly (net) + performance-based incentives negotiable.
