Radiographer

Location: Ikorodu, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time


Job Summary


The Radiographer will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures, ensuring patient safety, and producing high-quality images to support accurate medical diagnosis.

This is a high-expectation environment.

We are not hiring for routine employment. We are building a performance culture from day one.

As part of our launch, we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Radiographer to join our diagnostic imaging team.


Key Responsibilities


Perform diagnostic imaging procedures such as X-rays, ultrasound, and other radiographic examinations

Prepare patients for imaging procedures and explain processes clearly

Ensure proper positioning of patients to obtain accurate diagnostic images

Operate and maintain radiographic equipment safely and effectively

Ensure radiation safety standards are strictly followed

Review images for quality and clarity before submission to physicians

Maintain accurate patient and imaging records

Ensure proper care and maintenance of imaging equipment

Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals in patient management.

Requirements and Qualifications

Mandatory Requirements:


Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Radiography or Medical Imaging

Valid practicing license

Minimum of 1–3 years post-qualification experience

Strong technical and analytical skills

Knowledge of radiation safety standards

Good communication and patient care skills

High level of professionalism and attention to detail.


Preferred Qualifications:


Experience working in a hospital diagnostic center

Familiarity with digital imaging systems

Ability to work shifts, including weekends if required.
