Senior Financial Analyst
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
Prepare annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
Conduct detailed variance analysis (budget vs. actual).
Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives.
Analyze financial performance and recommend improvement strategies.
Support long-term financial planning and investment decisions.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Support statutory audit processes and external reporting.
Maintain strong internal controls and financial governance.
Provide financial insights to department heads and senior management.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
Professional qualification: ICAN or ACCA (mandatory).
5-7 years relevant experience in financial analysis or corporate finance
Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle) is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
