Dental Officer
Location: Ikorodu, Lagos

Job Summary
The Dental Officer will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing patients with dental and oral health conditions.
The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong clinical competence, professionalism, and commitment to delivering excellent dental care.
Key Responsibilities
Examine, diagnose, and treat dental and oral health conditions
Perform routine dental procedures such as scaling and polishing, fillings, and tooth extractions
Provide preventive dental care and oral health education to patients
Prescribe medications and treatment plans as required
Maintain accurate dental records and patient documentation
Ensure strict compliance with infection control and sterilization protocols
Prepare and maintain dental instruments and equipment
Refer patients to specialists when necessary
Ensure high standards of patient care, safety, and professionalism.
Requirements and Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements:
Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from a recognized institution
Valid practicing license
Minimum of 1–3 years post-qualification experience
Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High level of professionalism and patient care
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a hospital or dental clinic
Good knowledge of modern dental procedures and equipment
Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
