Operations Manager

Job Summary
- To oversee and coordinate day-to-day operational activities of the company, ensuring efficient execution of sales, distribution, logistics, and staff supervision strictly in line with directives, policies, and approved procedures.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily sales, distribution, and logistics operations
- Monitor operational KPIs and ensure compliance with SOPs
- Supervise outsourced operational staff and enforce discipline
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
- Escalate risks and operational issues to the Management
- Liaise with the Accountant for reporting alignment
Requirements
- BSc/HND in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in operations management (FMCG/logistics preferred)
- Strong reporting and people supervision skills.
