National Clients Officer
Location: Head Office, Jabi / Life Camp, Abuja
Role Summary
We are recruiting a proactive National Clients Officer to provide dedicated financial and administrative support for our portfolio of key corporate clients.
This role is critical to ensuring seamless service delivery and client satisfaction for accounts with a nationwide footprint.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure the accurate preparation and timely issuance of invoices for designated national client accounts.
Support the coordination and verification of salary payments for security personnel assigned to national clients.
Proactively engage with clients to facilitate the prompt settlement of invoices and manage account receivables.
Maintain precise, up-to-date financial records and documentation for all assigned client accounts.
Serve as the primary liaison between the Accounts department and the National Clients Unit on all billing and payment matters.
Identify, escalate, and support the resolution of any payment discrepancies or service-related issues.
Requirements
A Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years cognate experience in a client-facing financial administration, billing, or account management role, ideally within the service sector.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting or invoicing software.
Outstanding organizational skills, professional communication ability, and meticulous attention to detail.
A collaborative mindset with the ability to coordinate effectively across internal departments.
Experience managing accounts for clients with multiple branches or locations is advantageous.
Candidates should be within the age range of 25 to 40 years.
