Customer Care Officer

Summary
The candidate will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems tour customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilties
Manage work in customer ,incoming phone calls and customer complaints
Generate sales lead
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts
Meet customer service team sales targets.
Requirements
A Bachelor`s Degree or HND in Mass Communication, Business Administration, Public Administration, Marketing, etc.
Good communication and writing skill s knowledge of computer and added advantage
Must be a Female
Keep records of customer interactions etc
Interested Candidates must reside in Lagos preferably within this key region (Festac Town, Mile 2, Satellite Town, Ojo Town, Igando , Abule-Ado and environs).
