Male HR / Admin Executive
Location: Mowe, Ogun

Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, shortlisting, interviews, onboarding).
- ManageHR analytics to help management make informed data-driven decisions
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately.
- Support the administration of employee benefits, payroll inputs, and leave management.
- Help implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
- Provide support in performance management activities, including appraisals and feedback processes.
- Address routine employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Assist in organizing training sessions, employee engagement activities, and other HR-related events.
- Prepare HR-related reports as required (headcount, turnover, leave summaries, etc.).
- Support disciplinary and grievance processes under supervision.
- Perform other HR administrative duties as assigned
- Overtime management.
Requirements
- B.Sc in Human Resource Management/IRPM or allied disciplines
- A minimum of 4 years of experience as an HR /Admin Officer, preferably in a pharmaceutical manufacturing company, is very important
- A Relevant professional certificationisan advantage
- Advanced knowledge of HR analytics, HR software, Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel & PowerPoint, is required
- Knowledge of HR technology is required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of payroll administration is require
- Experience in overtime management is required.
Salary
N300,000 / month
