Head of Operations
Location: Lagos Mainland, Lagos

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and drive the growth and efficiency of the company.
- Ability to optimize processes and achieving operational excellence.
- Ensuring that all operational aspects of the business run smoothly and align with the company's strategic goals.
- Drive operational strategy and planning to ensure process improvement.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (Must have a Master’s Degree or MBA is an added advantage)
- Minimum of 10 years of proven years of experience as a Head of Operations, Operations Manager, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of operational management principles and practices.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and operational software.
