Customer Service & Sales Agent (Fresh Graduate & NYSC Corper)

Job Summary
- We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales & Customer Service Agents (Fresh Graduates and NYSC Corpers) to handle enquiries, drive bookings, and deliver excellent service across our event venues and rental services.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries via walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp, and online channels
- Promote and sell hall bookings, marquees, and event rental services
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up logs
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary
- Support daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Fresh graduate or serving NYSC Corper
- OND / HND / BSc Degree in any discipline
- Willingness to learn and grow in sales and customer service
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Must reside in close proximity to Ikeja.

Salary
N85,000 - N100,000 monthly.
