Job Description
- Are you a seasoned sales professional ready to take on a leadership role in a fast-growing financial cooperative?
- SylvastarCOOP is hiring a Coop Manager / Sales Manager with deep expertise in cooperative finance and a strong sales background.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales and business development team.
- Drive performance in loan disbursements and fixed deposit growth.
- Expand Foodstash adoption and user base.
- Design and execute effective sales strategies.
- Monitor and report team performance and KPIs.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a related role (Cooperatives, MFBs, or Financial Institutions).
- Proven success in sales and team leadership.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Loan Products (especially Personal & IPPIS Loans)
- Fixed Deposit Services
- Foodstash (Grocery Savings Platform)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and result-oriented skills.
Salary
Industry standard and negotiable, based on experience and value offered.
