Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Director of Client Services to lead our client-facing teams and drive customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering exceptional client experiences, managing teams, and driving business growth through client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement client service strategies
- Lead client-facing teams (account management, customer support, etc.)
- Ensure high client satisfaction and retention rates
- Collaborate with sales and marketing on client growth opportunities
- Manage client communication and issue resolution
- Drive process improvements for client services
- Lead team development and performance management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 15+ years of experience in client services or account management
- Proven track record of managing teams and driving client satisfaction
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience with CRM tools and client service software
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a senior client services role
- Strong understanding of customer experience trends
- Certifications in customer service or leadership
