RESPONSIBILITIES :
-Oversee Architectural projects from the conception stage right down through construction and eventual completion of the project
-Responsible for site selection and due diligence, securing zoning and entitlements, selecting project team members
-Making sure that project teams meet quality, schedule, contractual and budget goals
-Ensuring timely and cost effective completion of projects
communicate and manage all issues and risks affecting the projects
-Manage the detailed design, phase of the projects, enduring strict adherence to corporate specifications and attention to cost management
-Ensure the projects are in line with current health and safety laws and internal company requirements
-Monitor general contractor and vendor performance during construction phase
REQUIREMENTS
-BS degree in Architecture, Quantity Surveyor, Real Estate development
-Project management skills, strong numeric and analytical skills
