Summary
- HRLeverage Africa is recruiting a Facility Manager on behalf of a healthcare diagnostic client in Utako, Abuja.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee facility operations, maintenance, and CCTV monitoring
- Ensure all building systems are operational and safe
- Coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs with vendors
- Manage security protocols and emergency response plans
- Supervise housekeeping, support staff, and security personnel
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Facility Management, Engineering, Security, or related fields
- Minimum of 5 years experience in facility management (healthcare or diagnostic facility preferred)
- Strong knowledge of security systems, CCTV, and safety protocols
- Ability to manage teams (security, housekeeping, maintenance staff)
- Knowledge of health, safety, and regulatory compliance standards
- Strong coordination, planning, and problem-solving skills.
