Job Summary
- HRLeverage Africa, the pan-African workforce management company is seeking an experienced and passionate Food & Beverage Manager on behalf of our client.
- The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of the client restaurant and bar.
- The ideal candidate will ensure smooth service delivery, efficient cost management, and exceptional guest satisfaction while leading a motivated and professional team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all restaurant and bar operations to achieve business goals.
- Supervise staff, schedule shifts, and ensure top-quality service standards.
- Oversee stock management, ordering, and inventory control.
- Develop and implement cost control measures to maximize profitability.
- Plan, update, and innovate menu offerings with the culinary team.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Handle guest feedback professionally and maintain strong customer relationships.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Food & Beverage management within a hotel or busy restaurant/bar.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Proven experience in cost control, stock management, and team coordination.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 monthly (net) + performance-based incentives.
