Job Summary
- Our client is seeking a seasoned Senior Sales & Marketing Manager to lead and scale its sales operations.
- The Senior Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, leading marketing initiatives, and identifying new business opportunities within the Lagos property market.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Leadership:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Lead and manage the sales team to improve performance
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Monitor sales performance and provide actionable insights.
Marketing:
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns
- Manage digital and social media platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate quality leads.
Business Development:
- Identify new market opportunities
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and investors
- Drive strategic growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
- Proven experience in real estate sales and marketing
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of Lagos real estate market.
Salary
N500,000 - N700,000 monthly.
