Job Summary
- We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Artistt o support its visual communication and branding initiatives.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing compelling visual concepts that align with the Bank’s corporate identity and marketing objectives.
- This role requires strong design thinking, creativity, and the ability to deliver high-quality graphics across print and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging visual and graphic designs for internal and external communications.
- Ensure visual consistency and standardization of all corporate communication materials in line with brand guidelines.
- Conceptualize and develop high-quality graphic illustrations for campaigns and internal communications.
- Coordinate print production activities, ensuring quality and adherence to corporate identity standards.
- Design creative content for social media platforms and digital campaigns.
- Develop innovative concepts to drive engagement and traffic across social media channels.
- Support internal stakeholders with graphic design solutions for business developmentinitiatives.
- Oversee management of branding materials and unit stationeries.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant discipline.
- 3–5 years’ experience in graphic design within a corporate or agency environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative design projects (print and digital).
Skills & Competencies:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Familiarity with CorelDRAW and other vector-based design tools.
- Solid understanding of layout design, typography, and branding principles.
- Ability to design graphics for print, web, and mobile platforms.
- Creativity, innovation, and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- ·Self-motivated with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
