Marketing Administrator - Filmone

Job Description
- Assist the Marketing Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns for Filmone.
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks for the Marketing department, including scheduling, correspondence, and filing.
- Support social media content posting and ensure timely updates on Filmone channels.
- Coordinate with designers, printers, and other vendors to ensure delivery of marketing materials.
- Assist in organizing marketing events, film premieres, and promotional activities, including logistics and documentation.
- Monitor and report on campaign activities, including collecting performance data and presenting basic reports.
- Maintain marketing databases, contact lists, and asset libraries.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
- Support budget tracking and expense reporting for marketing activities as delegated by the Marketing Manager.
- Handle administrative support for influencer engagement and sponsorship activities under the guidance of the Marketing Manager
Qualifications
- B.Sc Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field
- Must have 1–2 years in a marketing administrative or operations role
Additional Information:
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of photo/video editing software (basic level) is an advantage
