HR Assistant (Remote)

Job Summary
- The HR Assistant – Recruitment & Selection will support end-to-end hiring activities, focusing on sourcing candidates online, managing job portals, screening applicants, and organizing seamless virtual interview processes.
- The ideal candidate must be tech-savvy, highly organized, proactive, and experienced in digital talent sourcing.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Attraction:
- Post job openings on relevant job portals and social media platforms.
- Source candidates through online platforms and internet research.
- Use LinkedIn, job boards, and databases to identify qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates.
Recruitment Administration:
- Screen CVs and shortlist qualified candidates.
- Conduct preliminary phone and virtual screenings.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
Virtual Interview Coordination:
- Schedule and organize virtual interviews (Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams).
- Send interview invitations and reminders.
- Prepare interview documentation and evaluation forms.
- Ensure smooth technical setup for virtual sessions.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Prepare interview summaries and hiring reports.
- Maintain organized digital records of candidates.
- Support offer letter preparation and onboarding documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years’ experience in recruitment or HR support.
- Strong knowledge of online job portals and candidate sourcing platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet).
