Job Summary
- As an Operations Manager, you will oversee operations across all outlets, ensuring smooth daily functioning, high service standards, and operational efficiency.
- You will drive operational excellence, implement best practices, and ensure each outlet delivers a high standard of service and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across all outlets to maintain operational standards.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and swift resolution of complaints.
- Monitor and maintain facility standards, cleanliness, and operational readiness.
- Enforce staff grooming, discipline, and adherence to company policies.
- Supervise inventory management, prevent wastage, and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Maintain consistent product quality across all outlets.
- Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency.
- Coordinate with outlet managers and supervisors to ensure teamwork, accountability, and structured workflow.
Core Competencies
- Prior experience in a QSR or food business is required.
- 3–5 years of multi-outlet operations management experience.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management skills.
- Ability to enforce operational standards and drive accountability across teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, planning, and communication skills.
