Responsibilities
โข Lead budgeting, financial planning, runway and cashflow forecasting
โข Maintain audit-ready books with the Associate Accountant
โข Establish unit economics and product profitability models
โข Build and enforce internal controls and procurement discipline
โข Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports & executive dashboards
โข Own grant budgeting, tracking, documentation, and reporting
โข Maintain a centralized digital compliance archive
โข Maintain a live status dashboard with early-warning risk signals
โข Develop structured SOPs for finance, procurement, fulfilment, and reporting
โข Oversee efficient, timely product fulfillment via Distribution Manager
โข Lead weekly operations update cadence and performance reviews
โข Design KPI dashboards and insight-driven reports for leadership
โข Conduct scenario modelling for strategic business decisions
โข Support revenue teams with pricing, deal modelling & ROI analysis
โข Contribute to funding proposals, investor-style documentation, and due diligence.
Requirements
โข ICAN/ACCA/ACA qualified (or equivalent professional standing)
โข 7+ years experience in finance, audit, FP&A, business ops, or similar, with 2+ years in a senior or leadership role
โข Proven analytical, modelling and reporting experience
โข Experience in grant-funded or compliance-driven environments
โข Able to build systems, not just maintain existing ones
โข Comfortable in lean, fast, autonomous working environments
