Cashier
Locations: Ikeja - Lagos and Opic Isheri - Ogun
Responsibilities
- Uses the cash desk, Till and back-office systems of the shop in strict compliance with Buymore’s procedures, which include:
- Processing all sales transactions
- Capturing customer details for any loyalty schemes
- Processing all sales return transactions (approved by the Supervisor or the General Supervisor)
- Checking the availability of stock of products for customer requests.
Customer Service:
- Ensuring that all customers are welcomed and that they receive the best possible service at all times.
- Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner.
- Respond to customers’ questions and direct to the Supervisor on duty if you are unable to provide a satisfactory response.
Execution of policies and Procedures:
- Executes all operating standards, policies, and procedures of the organization
Other Responsibilities:
- Ensure your work area is always tidy and presentable
- Champions the Buymore Brand and Values
- Champions the Standard Operating Procedure of Buymore
- Reconciliation of the previous day's transactions with the account
- Cashing out at the appropriate time according to Buymore’s policy.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree or an OND qualification.
